AI-accelerated Development

Engineering the systems your business depends on.

Tectrona is an IT implementation partner to enterprises and agencies. We deliver software programmes end to end — frontend, backend, systems integration and cloud infrastructure — or provide specialist engineering capability within an existing delivery team. AI is embedded throughout our engineering process, allowing us to compress delivery timelines while concentrating senior engineering effort on architecture, security and correctness.

We work Direct, or white-label for agencies
Delivery AI-accelerated, human-reviewed
Engagement Fixed scope, T&M or retained
Visibility Written reporting, every sprint

Engagement routes

Two routes to engagement.

Certain clients require us to operate visibly alongside their stakeholders. Others require us to remain entirely unbranded, delivering under their own identity. Both models are central to our operations, and the engineering standard is identical in each.

Direct engagement

For enterprises and in-house teams

We operate as your implementation team, working alongside your existing staff — taking a system from requirements through to production, or rebuilding a platform that has outgrown its original architecture.

  • Named engineering lead, reporting directly to you
  • Delivery aligned to your architecture, security and compliance requirements
  • Experienced in regulated environments and formal review processes
  • Knowledge transfer to your internal team as standard
White-label partner

For agencies and consultancies

We operate as an extension of your delivery capacity. You retain the client relationship and the commercial terms; we deliver under your brand, within your tooling, and remain unbranded throughout unless you require otherwise.

  • Delivery conducted within your repositories, project tools and channels
  • NDA-backed engagements; we do not solicit the clients we deliver for
  • Accept engagements beyond your capacity without permanent recruitment
  • Attendance at client meetings under your brand, or no client contact at all

Services

Implementation across the full technology stack.

Engagements typically originate as a system requiring construction, a system requiring integration with another, or a delivery programme that has stalled. We assume the full scope, or supply the specific capability that is absent.

FE

Frontend Engineering

Production interfaces engineered to perform under real content volumes, production traffic and formal accessibility audit.

  • React, Next.js, Vue and Nuxt
  • Pixel-accurate Figma implementation
  • Design systems and component libraries
  • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility
  • Core Web Vitals and performance work
BE

Backend and APIs

Services, data models and business logic engineered for long-term maintainability by the team that inherits them.

  • REST and GraphQL API design
  • Node.js, Python, .NET and PHP
  • Relational and document data modelling
  • Authentication, SSO and role-based access
  • Legacy migration and refactoring
INT

Systems Integration

Reliable data exchange between platforms never designed to interoperate, including under degraded and failure conditions.

  • CRM and ERP connectors — Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SAP
  • Payments and billing — Stripe, Adyen, Razorpay
  • Webhook and event-driven pipelines
  • iPaaS builds on Workato, Make and Zapier
  • Idempotent sync, retries and replay
CLD

Cloud and DevOps

Environments, pipelines and monitoring configured so the platform can be operated and deployed by its owning team.

  • AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
  • Terraform and infrastructure as code
  • CI/CD with GitHub Actions or GitLab
  • Docker and Kubernetes workloads
  • Logging, metrics, alerting and cost review

How we deliver

Machine acceleration, human accountability.

AI tooling is applied throughout our engineering process, and we are explicit about where. It compresses the mechanical components of a build — scaffolding, test coverage, documentation and comprehension of unfamiliar code. It does not determine architecture, and no output reaches a client system without human review.

Stage 01

Discovery and spec

Human-led

Assessment of the business requirement, incumbent systems and operating constraints, conducted by the engineers accountable for delivery.

Stage 02

Architecture

Human-led

Data models, service boundaries and integration contracts. Decisions that are costly to reverse are taken deliberately and recorded.

Stage 03

Codebase comprehension

AI-accelerated

Unfamiliar and legacy codebases mapped in days rather than weeks, so remediation and migration proceed from established understanding.

Stage 04

Implementation

AI-accelerated

Scaffolding, boilerplate and repetitive implementation generated, then reviewed line by line by the responsible engineer.

Stage 05

Tests and documentation

AI-accelerated

Test coverage and handover documentation produced continuously throughout delivery rather than compressed into the closing phase.

Stage 06

Review and security

Human-led

All changes are reviewed by a named engineer prior to merge. Security, data handling and correctness are not delegated to tooling.

Commercial impact

Activity that consumes delivery time without generating proportionate value — data-access layers, test fixtures, reverse-engineering inherited code, and documentation that is habitually deferred — is materially reduced in cost. The work that determines whether a system performs correctly is unchanged, and the recovered effort is reinvested there.

Code and data handling

Client code and data remain the property of the client. We operate on enterprise tiers of our AI tooling, under which client content is contractually excluded from model training and is not retained for that purpose. The specific tools, service tiers and data-handling terms are disclosed prior to engagement, and we will work within your own environment and tooling where your policies require it.

How we work

From initial engagement to handover.

The sequence is consistent across engagements, whether a three-week integration or a multi-year platform programme. The current stage and the next are known to you at all times.

01

Discovery

Assessment of the system, its constraints and the required delivery date. Larger programmes may begin with a chargeable discovery phase delivering a written implementation plan.

02

Proposal

Scope, technical approach, team composition, timeline and the appropriate engagement model, with all assumptions and exclusions stated in writing.

03

Delivery

Two-week sprints, each concluding with a deployable environment. Demonstrations, written progress reporting and a single point of contact throughout.

04

Handover and support

Technical documentation, architecture records and a structured walkthrough for your team, together with an agreed post-launch support arrangement.

Engagement models

Commercial models matched to the engagement.

Certain programmes are defined sufficiently to price in advance. Many are not, and treating them as though they were produces either inflated estimates or contractual difficulty later. We recommend the model appropriate to the work and set out our reasoning.

Where scope is defined

Fixed scope

A defined deliverable at an agreed price, with assumptions and exclusions recorded in the proposal. Appropriate for integrations, migrations and fully specified builds.

Where scope will evolve

Time and materials

Transparent rates against recorded work, with an optional monthly ceiling. Appropriate for discovery-led programmes, research work and evolving products.

Where a roadmap exists

Retained capacity

An agreed volume of engineering capacity each month, applied to your backlog. Appropriate for continuous product development and for partners with consistent delivery volume.

Uncertain which model applies?

Most engagements begin with a problem rather than a specification. Describe what is not working and we will set out what resolving it would require — including where our assessment is that you do not require our involvement.
